Kenapa Nabi makan buah dahulu sebelum makan?
Salam & hi everyone..
Just wanna share.
currently I'm having problems with my digestive system..my mum's advised me to eat plenty of fruits (as I dislike veg ) & drink a lot of water.
Dr Stephen Mak is a friend of mine at the BSF course. He told me he treats terminal ill cancer patients by "un-orthodox" way and many patients recovered. He explains to me before he is using solar energy to clear the illnesses of his patients. He believes on natural healing in the body against illnesses. See the article below.
Dear Shereen,
Thanks for the email on fruits and juices. It is one of the strategies to heal cancer. As of late, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%.. Cancer patients shouldn't die. The cure for cancer is already found. It is whether you believe it or not? I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under the conventional treatments.. Very few can live for 5 years under the convenctional treatments and most live for only about 2 to 3 years. The conventional treatments do not make any difference because most cancer patients also live for about 2 to 3 years without undergoing any treatment. It is difficult to cure those cancer patients who have undergone chemo and radiotherapy as their cells are toxic and weak. When there is a relapse, the cancer will spread very fast as the resistance is poor.
Thanks and God bless.
Dr Stephen Mak

A live surgical operation~
Today was the first time I could see a live operation. Our Medical Care teacher, Oleg Konstantinovich invited us to come into the OR and watch some of his surgeries. I am very excited for this opportunity, but am a little worried about the chance that I may faint or puke during the operation. I have seen videos of surgeries at school and have had no problems with them, but I don't know how I'll handle it when I am actually there. But just now everyone was fine, no one faint nor puke during the operation. It is just that I've had some lightheadedness. I couldnt stand too long under the light in that OR. Maybe this fear can only really be overcome with experience.I need to see it more often. InsyaAllah..
Here's some tips I would like to share on how to handle operational-sickness:
1) Get a full night's rest the night before. Eight hours.
2) Eat a good meal. Drink plenty of fluids.
3) Don't get too close to the action in the OR. Hang back. You'll have time to see the incision, etc., before the surgery gets too exciting.
4) If you feel you are about to faint, sit down immediately. Excuse yourself from the OR if needed. I promise you will get no grief from the OR personnel.
5) While standing, don't keep your legs straight for long periods. Discreetly bend your knees, shift your weight, etc. Squeeze your calf muscles in place. This will help return blood from your legs to your heart, and on to your brain. It will help prevent fainting.
6) If you do leave to compose yourself before fainting, I would suggest going back into OR when you are feeling better. Sometimes (like my case) it is just the initial shock and anxiety that cause the lightheadedness. If you can go back in the room and stick with it, you will have overcome your fear. Otherwise, you'll have this fear on your mind until med school.

Haram GREEN Soya bean drink from YEO's
Awas semua muslimin dan muslimah!
GREEN BEAN SOY DRINK Salam semua. Kali ini saya nak sentuh ttg minuman ringan keluaran Yeo Hiap Seng, jenama salah satu pembekal minuman ringan yg tak asing lagi di rantau ini khususnya Singapura dan Malaysia .
Pernahkah anda dengar ttg keluaran produk minuman YHS yg terkini, khususnya minuman kacang soya fusion dgn kacang hijau?
Iyerlah, apalah bahan yg nak dibubuh dlm minumankan? So I pick up one and brought to office. Tapi, bila saya baca ingredientsnya........
Apa ke benda ni? Rupa-rupanya E471 is derived from pig. MasyaAllah, dah takde lagi ke sumber yg baik, yg murni, darimana pihak pengeluar nak dapatkan bahan atau sumber utk membuat produk minuman mereka???? Tidakkah mereka peka dgn pengguna2 Islam yg sememangnya ramai telah terbiasa dgn minuman yg mereka bekalkan atas jenama YHS???
Belek punya belek.....hah, patutlah. Minuman ni diperbuat di........ di negara yg dah mmg dah tersohor bubuh melamine dalam susu!!
Apapun, saya sekedar berkongsi info dan diharap sesiapa yg teringin nak merasa minuman jenama YHS "Green Bean Soy Drink", lupakan sajalah niat anda tu. Tak berbaloi bahan yg haram jika memasuki dlm tubuh badan kita ni!! Harap dapat sebarkan info ini terutama sekali kpd anak-anak kita yg mungkin kurang arif ttg perkara ini

The Mayonnaise Jar - Life!
Assalamualaikum and Good Day!
When things in your life seem, Almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class
And had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
And proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students, if the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured
them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.
He then asked the students again
If the jar was full... They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand
And poured it into the jar.. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded
With an un ani mous 'yes.'
The professor then produced Two cups of coffee from under the table
And poured the entire contents Into the jar, effectively
Filling the empty space between the sand.
The students laughed.
'Now,' said the professor, As the laughter subsided,
'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life..
The golf balls are the important things - God, family,
children, health, friends, and favorite passions –
Things that if everything else was lost
And only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter Like your job, house, and car.
The sand is everything else --
The small stuff.
'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued,
'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life..
If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for the things that are
Important to you.
So...
Pay attention to the things That are critical to your happiness.
Playwith your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
There will always be time
To clean the house and fix the disposal.
'Take care of the golf balls first --
The things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'
One of the students raised her hand
And inquired what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled.
'I'm glad you asked'.
It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend!
Please share this with other "Golf Balls"
I just did......
Yours Sincerely,
